Montco man a no-show at dog-fight training trial
NORRISTOWN – A Pottstown man was declared a fugitive after he was a no-show at his scheduled trial on drug and animal cruelty charges in connection with a raid at his home that uncovered what authorities alleged was a fight-dog training operation.
